THE ROLE:
Are you an ambitious, passionate, and entrepreneurial spirit?
We're seeking a dynamic Operations & Supply Chain Manager to join the Wibble team and become a key player in their wibbly-wobbly success story.
You'll work directly with the founder, Laura, taking charge of strategic decision-making and ensuring operations run as smoothly as their jelly wobbles! 📈
📈 Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan to support rapid growth
🔄 Enhance operational processes and systems for maximum efficiency
🌱 Cultivate and strengthen supplier relationships, leading negotiations and contracts
🔍 Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to warehousing
⏰ Ensure on-time, in-full delivery commitments
📊 Optimise inventory levels and mitigate supply chain risks
👥 Collaborate with the founder on cost optimisation and sustainability projects
ABOUT YOU:
🛠️ Operations & Supply chain experience in the food industry
🔗 Comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations
📈 Proven track record of success in cost reduction and optimisation
🧠 Excellent analytical and communication skills
🎯 Strategic decision-making experience
🚀 Experience in a fast-growing startup or FMCG industry
🛒 Familiarity with Tesco, Waitrose, Holland & Barrett, or foodservice would be ideal
🌟 Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset
