THE ROLE:
π Managing CRM system and working leads through a sales funnel.
π€ Key account management β build relationships and provide outstanding customer support to the most important customers.
π Introducing new products and collections to customers.
πͺ Attending trade shows both here in the UK and internationally as a brand ambassador. Regular travel to the USA.
π Organise and run consumer events, and work in partnership with the marketing team on the organisation of trade show.
π Following up on leads after trade shows and starting commercial negotiations.
π Identify sales trends and proactively build sales in multiple channels.
π Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and phone and relaying extensive product information to customers.
π Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
π¦ Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
π Assist with product launches
π Process sample requests (e.g. PR samples and influencer samples
βοΈ Ad hoc sales admin as and when needed

βABOUT YOU:
π Customer service and sales experience, preferably in the food industry
π£οΈOutgoing personality with excellent public speaking skills
π Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
π₯οΈ Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
π¨ Passion for food, drink, lifestyle, and design
