THE ROLE:
๐ Oversee Daily Operations of the Retail store/Cafe, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
๐ค Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment.
๐ฌ Drive sales by promoting their meal and pastry products.
๐ฐ Ensure consistent presentation and quality of food and beverages served.
๐ณ Manage transactions through the POS system.
๐ก๏ธ Uphold Food & Safety Standards and undertake regular Quality Assurance audits.
๐ Monitor Cafe trends & report on sales and inventory results.
๐ฃ Engage key internal stakeholders to market the Cafe and the menu.
๐ Demonstrate company values at all times with a safety-first mindset.

ABOUT YOU:
โ Proven experience in cafe management.
๐ฏ Strong understanding of customer service and food/beverage operations.
โค๏ธ Passionate about coffee and knowledgeable about extraction and milk texturing concepts.
โก Experience with high volume and fast-paced environments.
๐ Passionate about customer service and serving on the register.
๐ฆ Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, including inventory management and order placement.
๐ป Proficient in operating POS systems and maintaining accurate records.
๐ค Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team to develop & implement promotions/events.
๐งผ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
๐ฃ๏ธ Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
๐งฎ Analytical skills to interpret sales and performance data and make strategic recommendations.
โฐ Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the cafe's operational hours.
๐ Reliable and punctual.

Salary: $80-90K + 11% Super + STI linked to relevant success KPIโs to drive strong customer service + sales.
