THE OPPORTUNITY:
π At Foodchain, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior National Business Development Manager to join Beak & Johnston's Commercial team. Reporting directly to their Commercial Director, this critical role will drive the growth and success of their business.
π Your success will be measured by your ability to drive profitable growth within the Food Service division and commercial sector, while building strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.

π Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive channel growth with existing and new customers.
πΌ Manage the full P&L to deliver sustainable growth for both Beak & Johnston and their customers.
π₯ Build and lead a strong team to achieve sales and margin targets.
π Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities with new customers.
π€ Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive growth and expansion.
π Oversee the QSR portfolio.

ABOUT YOU:
π Proven track record in business development and sales within the Food Service sector.
π¨ Strong understanding of the commercial sector, including distributors and end users in hotels, pubs, restaurants, and club groups.
𧩠Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
π Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L management experience.
π± Proven experience in delivering sustainable growth.
π£οΈ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
π― High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
