With the busy Christmas season approaching, they are on the lookout for an experienced Interim Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager who can take charge, implement effective systems, and ensure smooth operations during this critical period.
THE ROLE: 📦
As the Interim Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, providing strong leadership across two shifts.
Your role will be pivotal in turning around underperforming areas, setting up and managing the Cin7 inventory system, and ensuring that every order is processed accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position where your expertise in warehouse management will make a significant impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🛠️
Lead and motivate a warehouse team of 3 staff members and 1 supervisor, setting clear expectations and driving performance.
Implement and manage the Cin7 inventory system, ensuring all stock levels are accurate and product locations are logged correctly.
Identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategies to stabilize and improve warehouse productivity.
Oversee the fulfillment of direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and fulfillment operations, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Prepare the team for the high-volume Christmas period, ensuring all operations are ready to handle increased demand.
ABOUT YOU 💼
You are a results-driven leader with a proven track record in warehouse management and fulfillment operations.
Your hands-on approach, combined with strong problem-solving skills, allows you to quickly address challenges and implement effective solutions. You have extensive experience with inventory control systems, particularly Cin7, and are skilled in managing and motivating teams to achieve high performance. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential as you navigate this fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
