Role Summary:
🎯 As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind Rhythm 108’s digital strategy, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Creative Manager, and Social Content Creator. Your mission is to attract new customers, enhance online sales, and boost in-store performance through a comprehensive digital approach.
Key Responsibilities:
💻 E-Commerce Excellence: Take full ownership of the e-commerce channel, optimizing product offers, website functionality, customer service, and lead generation.
📈 Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a multi-platform digital strategy, including digital ads, SEO, blogs, and more, to drive online and in-store sales.
📧 Email Marketing: Manage end-to-end email campaigns, newsletters, and direct marketing efforts.
📱 Social Media Management: Define and deliver Rhythm 108’s social media strategy, manage content calendars, and engage with the community across platforms.
🤝 Partnerships & Collaborations: Oversee giveaways, social collaborations, and influencer/affiliate strategies, working with external agencies where necessary.
📊 Performance Monitoring: Use social insight tools to track and improve KPIs, ensuring maximum impact.
🛠 Team Support: Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Experience in a B2C digital marketing role
🔹 Strong passion for digital marketing and social media
🔹 Excellent copywriting skills and brand tone of voice mastery
🔹 Data-driven with strong analytical skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills
🔹 Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later.com preferred) and analytics
