THE ROLE: Head of Planning and Procurement ๐
Take charge of optimizing planning, procurement, and materials coordination across the supply chain. Youโll focus on demand forecasting, production scheduling, and supplier management to make sure everything runs smoothly. ๐๐๏ธ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
๐ Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and market data to forecast demand and align production with customer needs.
๐๏ธ Production Scheduling: Create efficient production schedules and ensure smooth operations across the team.
๐ฆ Inventory Management: Keep raw materials and finished goods at the right levels to avoid stock issues and boost efficiency.
๐ค Procurement: Secure timely materials, build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms.
๐ Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve supply chain visibility.

๐ Experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
๐ Strong analytical and forecasting skills with inventory management experience.
๐ป Proficiency in planning tools (ERP, MRP systems, Excel).
