ABOUT THE ROLE:

💡 Join a growth-driven UK & IE sales team and unlock your potential. As the National Account Manager, you'll lead key grocery accounts in Ireland and manage one of the top 6 UK retailers. Reporting to the Head of Channel, you'll drive growth and profitability by owning the retailer P&L, developing joint business plans, and collaborating across Bel teams.

📍 Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (3 days a week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Manage all Irish grocery accounts and a top UK retailer

🤝 Negotiate contracts and execute commercial plans

💼 Build and maintain successful retailer relationships

📈 Lead distribution strategies, support product launches, and activate marketing plans

💡 Own retailer P&L to ensure value, volume, and profitability

🔍 Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities

🔗 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance teams

📋 Handle retailer account admin, including FTMR reports and EPOS Sales

ABOUT YOU:

✅ Grocery NAM experience in FMCG, food & drink sector is a must

✅ Proven experience in business development and managing JBP cycles

✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills

✅ Experience in P&L management

✈️ Willingness to travel to Ireland frequently

💻 Knowledge of Xtel is a plus!
