THE ROLE: TECHNICAL MANAGER

We are recruiting for a passionate and skilled Technical Manager to uphold their commitment to excellence in food manufacturing. This role ensures their products are formulated, processed, packaged, and delivered to customers in line with the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. 🍽️

As a key leader within Dina Foods, you'll oversee everything from product safety to resolving consumer issues, all while staying ahead of industry trends and regulations. 📋

🛠️ Develop & implement sustainable rules for product legality, safety, quality, and authenticity.

🏆 Maintain high standards for BRC, IFS, and other quality certifications.

📊 Oversee HACCP processes, ensuring product safety and compliance.

🔍 Assist departments in resolving non-compliances and preparing for audits.

🌱 Actively participate in New Product Development, ensuring smooth scale-up for manufacturing.

📈 Monitor and report on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and help operations exceed targets.

🦠 Develop and implement a robust Microbiological testing system.

🎓 Design employee training schemes to foster a strong Quality Culture.

💼 Ensure high standards of employee relations and collaboration across departments.

📁 Maintain an accessible archive of all critical data for dispute resolution and internal documentation.

🎯 Contribute to strategic planning and participate in company steering committee meetings.
