This exciting role supports the Head of Sales and offers plenty of variety, combining customer relationship management with order processing. You'll have direct access to senior management and great opportunities for growth as the business expands!

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Input trade orders into Sage Line 50/Xero

📊 Ensure order accuracy and track deliveries with UK/EU warehouses

📈 Maintain sales records and compile reports to keep everything running smoothly

📝 Complete new line forms for listings and manage customer promotions

🔄 Keep stock levels up-to-date on the website and work closely with Demand Planning

🌍 Handle export documentation for overseas customers

🎯 Support marketing with sample organization and outreach

ABOUT YOU:

😊 Cheerful and efficient in customer service and problem-solving

✍️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

💻 Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

💡 Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment in the food industry

⏳ Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle varying workloads
