THE ROLE:
๐ Provide exceptional telephone support to customers, ensuring positive experiences.
๐ Proactively make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on enquiries.
๐ Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.
๐๏ธ Handle incoming sales enquiries, process orders, and keep the CRM system up-to-date.
๐๏ธ Assist with sales admin and order fulfilment for the field sales team.
๐จ Respond to calls, emails, and customer requests, ensuring they receive necessary sales and marketing materials.
๐ณ Provide credit control support when needed.

ABOUT YOU:
๐ง Highly organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks.
๐ค Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
๐ Excellent phone manner, communication, and presentation skills.

๐ช Persistent, resilient, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
๐ป Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is a must.
