Made with sorghum, an ancient supergrain packed with nutritional benefits, they're low-fat, high-fiber gut health snacks are an excellent source of Vitamin B12 and contain probiotics for improved digestion and immune response.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the company gear up for a game-changing phase, they need someone with commercial acumen, a data-driven mindset, and the hunger to make a mark.
The successful candidate will report to the Founder taking the lead in building and managing accounts with major retailers / foodservice customers.

THE ROLE
π New Business Accounts
Win new h accounts and expand across channels.
Build strong relationships with distributing partners and buyers.
Negotiate commercials and in-store plans to drive growth.
π Existing Accounts:
Be the key contact for accounts, managing relationships and ensuring targets are met.
Grow accounts by optimising ROS and profitability.
Develop joint business plans, manage promotions, and plan NPD launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team for effective activation.

ABOUT YOU
π Previous sales experience in a start-up/challenger brand.
πΌ Demonstrate success in securing new business and managing grocery/high street retail accounts.
π Possess a can-do attitude, proactive nature, and exceptional organisational skills.
π€ΉββοΈ Be a multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
π¬ Excel in relationship building, communication, and confidence.
