They are now on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager (covering Production, Quality and Logistics) to join their growing team!

π― KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
π Third-Party Production Management:
π Coordinate with third-party production sites to ensure timely and accurate production of our tea and beverages.
π Monitor production schedules and align them with demand forecasts.
π Conduct site visits to oversee production processes and ensure top quality.

π Quality Control:
π οΈ Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet company standards.
π§ Resolve production issues with third-party manufacturers swiftly.
β
π¦ Inventory Management:
π Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods at third-party sites.
π Conduct regular audits and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials.
β
π Supply Chain Management:
π Oversee logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient product distribution.
π Optimize transportation routes and methods to enhance delivery times and reduce costs.
β
π¦ Order Fulfilment:
π Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
β³ Monitor order status and promptly address any delays.
β
π’ Warehouse Management:
π¬ Oversee warehousing operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
π¦ Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory management.

π€ Vendor Management:
π€ Maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
πΌ Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.

π Administrative and Reporting:
ποΈ Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and logistics activities.
π Prepare regular reports on performance and efficiency.

π Continuous Improvement:
π‘ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
π Create and update sustainability projects based on new technologies.

πΌ ABOUT YOU:
π Experience in production coordination and logistics, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
π Experience managing third-party production sites and vendors.
π Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
π» Proficiency in inventory management and logistics software.
π Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
π§ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
π’ Effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
βοΈ Willingness to travel to production sites as needed.

π οΈ SKILLS:
πΌ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Apple (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
π Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dear/Cin7) is a plus.
π Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
π€ Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
π€ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
