We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and talented individual to join their Product team.
This is a pivotal role that will drive the growth of their brand, both in retail and online.
You’ll be at the forefront of planning and delivering growth strategies for new and existing customers, using category and consumer insights to influence key decisions. Collaborating with other departments like marketing and manufacturing, you'll help align the entire team toward one goal: growth!
THE ROLE:
📦 Managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
📊 Developing product category strategies and working cross-functionally on artwork and packaging
🔬 Leading exciting NPD and EPD projects, finding new opportunities to launch innovative products
🌱 Monitoring product quality, working closely with manufacturers, and ensuring sustainability goals are met
🎤 Attending trade shows, retailer tastings, and staying on top of the latest trends in ingredients, packaging, and technology
💡 Supporting the commercial and marketing teams with new product concepts
🛒 Getting hands-on with the development of the e-commerce product strategy and participating in events
ABOUT YOU:
🍏 Previous experience in product management or NPD development within the grocery and FMCG sector
🎯 A proven track record of building and delivering product plans with a focus on customer needs
💬 Strong communication skills, able to build effective relationships both internally and externally
💼 Experience with P&L analysis, data-driven decision making, and a commercial mindset
💪 Experience in FMCG food or drink, with a go-getter, entrepreneurial attitude
🚗 Flexibility to travel to retailers and manufacturers when needed
