As their Supply Chain & Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting sales, marketing, and operations to achieve ambitious goals while ensuring exceptional service for colleagues, clients, and consumers. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this is a dynamic, multi-faceted role based at their London office.

🀝 Work Closely With: Global Operations Manager, UK Head of Sales, Brand Manager/Digital Marketing Executive, Business Development Executive & Operations Team (based in Switzerland)

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“¦ Process daily orders and invoices efficiently.

🚚 Track orders end-to-end, resolving issues promptly and communicating updates.

βœ‰οΈ Respond to consumer emails, resolving queries in the brand’s friendly tone of voice.

🀝 Build strong relationships with clients and third-party logistics providers.

πŸ“Š Update and analyse reports, offering insights and highlighting risks to guide sales teams.

πŸ€– Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.

πŸ“ˆ Manage stock processes, ensuring availability and seamless operations.

πŸ—“οΈ Support end-of-month stock closures for financial reports.

✨ Assist with administrative tasks like new line forms, sample send-outs, export admin, and promotional setups.

πŸ“ˆ Create client gap analyses and upsell products effectively.
