They're not just another FMCG brand—they’re growing fast and shaking up the industry! Now, they’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to help them drive brand awareness, product innovation, and marketing excellence.
THE ROLE:
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll be instrumental in growing The Gym Kitchen brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work across multiple marketing functions, from NPD, trade marketing, PR, digital content & eCommerce.

đź“Ť Location: Remote with travel to retailers, manufacturers & agencies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔥 New Product Development (NPD) & Artwork
- Work closely with the NPD team to bring exciting new products to market
- Assist in packaging development, artwork approvals & claims validation
- Manage Brandbank assets (images, descriptions, nutritional data)

đź›’ Trade Marketing & Retail Support
- Develop engaging POS materials & in-store activations
- Support sales teams with retailer-specific marketing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and ready to use

📢 PR, Events & Activations
- Help plan & execute PR campaigns to boost brand visibility
- Coordinate sampling campaigns, influencer marketing & media partnerships
- Support brand participation in industry events & activations

đź“Š Industry Insights & Reporting
- Stay ahead of FMCG trends, consumer insights & competitor activity
- Track key brand performance metrics & assist in budget management

🤝 Partnerships & Brand Consistency
- Support brand partnerships & collaborations
- Ensure brand remains consistent across all touchpoints (digital, retail, packaging)

đź’» Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing eCommerce platforms & product listings
- Optimise content & execute email marketing campaigns
- Maintain the marketing & content calendar to align activities with strategy

ABOUT YOU:
âś… Experience in brand marketing (FMCG preferred)
âś… Passion for brands, health, nutrition, & high-protein foods
âś… Experience supporting NPD & artwork processes
âś… eCommerce experience (a plus!)
âś… Strong creative & analytical skills
âś… Ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced environment
âś… Excellent communication & influencing skills
âś… Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
