THE ROLE:
SHOPIFY
🛒 Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of their Shopify store, including listings, inventory, apps, and updates.
🎨 Website Updates: Implement changes using the Shopify theme editor to enhance user experience.
📈 Drive Sales: Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels like SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social, Affiliates, Influencers, and TikTok Shop.
🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with the Head of Brand to align digital campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
📊 Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to optimise revenue while ensuring profitable customer acquisition and retention.
🔮 Forecasting: Create sales forecasts and marketing budgets to secure investment into growth channels.
📦 Inventory Coordination: Work with Operations to ensure stock and inventory forecasts align with demand.
🚀 Agency Partnership: Collaborate with their Paid Social agency to drive performance and campaign optimisations.
AMAZON
🛍️ Seller Central Management: Oversee daily operations and maintain high account health metrics.
🧑🤝🧑 Agency Collaboration: Work with their Amazon agency to optimise listings, ads, and promotions.
🗃️ Inventory Management: Ensure FBA stock levels and maintain consistent inventory for seller-fulfilled orders.
💸 Promotional Strategy: Develop pricing, discount, and promotional strategies for key campaigns like Prime Day.
OPERATIONS:
⚙️ 3PL Oversight: Manage third-party logistics providers and order processing systems, resolving issues promptly.
💡 Operational Efficiency: Identify and drive improvements to enhance profitability at the P&L level.
🛒 Retail Support: Assist the retail team with Brandbank, Citrus Ads, and retailer promotions.
🛠️ Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints, refunds, and disputes, ensuring high satisfaction across all platforms.
ABOUT YOU:
🏆 Experience: Proven track record in eCommerce management, ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands.
🛠️ Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
🌐 Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of channels like Paid Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliates, and TikTok Shop.
📈 Analytical Skills: Experience in forecasting and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
💼 Commercial Acumen: Ability to deliver revenue and profit targets effectively.
🗂️ Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
