THE ROLE:
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement growth-focused strategies to expand JULIENNE BRUNO's presence in the UK market, including wholesale, retail/F&B, and D2C channels.
Creative Activations: Lead brand activations with key partners, retailers, and restaurants, fostering collaborations that boost brand visibility and market influence.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviours to inform and refine brand and product strategies.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to design and supervise engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, and digital media.
Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance using KPIs and data analytics, ensuring targets are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Product Launches: Organise impactful product launches and promotional events to showcase new offerings and excite the market.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure brand consistency in retail packaging and in-store marketing displays.
Budget Management: Strategically manage the marketing budget and employ guerrilla marketing tactics to position JULIENNE BRUNO at the forefront of food development.
Campaign Execution: Partner with advertising and PR agencies to execute effective marketing campaigns that elevate the brand's presence.
Affiliations & Partnerships: Cultivate and expand affiliations and partnerships to widen the brand's reach and influence.
Vendor & Distributor Relations: Maintain regular contact with vendors and distributors to gather insights for product improvements.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience: Previous experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing with proven campaign management and profit achievement.
Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market, data, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative work style.
