As Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing existing retailer relationships while seeking out new opportunities across the country.

​RESPONSIBILITIES:

πŸ“ Develop tailored communication plans to secure new listings with retailers.

πŸ“ˆ Craft strategic business growth plans and sales strategies, including promotions.

🀝 Foster and manage relationships with retailers at all levels.

πŸ’Ό Negotiate and oversee trading terms with customers.

πŸ“Š Monitor and analyse weekly sales performance to drive continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU:

πŸ’Ό Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

πŸ’¬ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

πŸ“Š Experience managing a business P&L and familiarity with sales performance metrics.

πŸš€ Previous startup experience preferred.
