THE ROLE:
Strategic Engagement: Design and implement innovative social media strategies to expand the brand reach and engagement, establishing JULIENNE BRUNO as a prominent player in the industry.
Content Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, tailoring compelling content across platforms and audiences. Utilise scheduling tools to ensure consistent content delivery.
Multimedia Collaboration: Coordinate with the content creator community to produce engaging multimedia content for various social platforms, elevating the brand's online presence.
Campaign Activation: Launch and manage impactful competitions, activations, and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and community involvement.
Influencer Partnerships: Develop relationships with influencers across social media platforms, leveraging their reach and influence to amplify the brand message.
Audience Insights: Conduct audience research to identify consumer trends and tailor social media campaigns accordingly, fostering meaningful connections with the target audience.
Community Management: Manage social media communities by actively responding to posts, nurturing discussions, and fostering a sense of belonging among the followers.
Performance Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on social media platform performance using analytics tools, optimizing content to drive community interaction and engagement.
Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase the brand's performance and market positioning.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for social media activities and track expenditures effectively.
Collaborative Approach: Foster cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
ABOUT YOU:
Innovative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think innovatively, create engaging content, and excel in community management, with a passion for cuisine.
Experience: Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a business or agency setting.
Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms, proficiency in social media management tools, and experience with analytics tools and SEO.
Content Creation: Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong copywriting and editing abilities, and a knack for visually appealing content.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and utilize project management and collaboration tools effectively.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills to engage with influencers, online community members, and potential partners.
Passion and Flexibility: Passion for the plant-based food industry.
