Recent Experience:
Leading the London sales function, introducing the product and brand into the right locations within London- targeting independent shops, butchers and delis as well hotels, restaurants and pub groups.
Selling into independent grocers’ delis and butchers (for retail) and restaurants and hotels (for catering).
Identifying new opportunities all over London and making sure the location is a cultural fit for both the brand and the new customer.
Negotiating opening deals to ensure products are on the tables in restaurants and pubs.
Constructing a weekly plan with a list of targets and goals.
Maintaining and improving sales with current customers through strong account management (Wholefoods, EAT 17) whilst looking for more business in the retail sector.
Take part in monthly trade shows and exhibitions.
