Experience:
Managing the operations team for a Food-tech-enabled 3PL provider, fulfilling both eCommerce (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) orders.
Developing long-term relationships with 3PL clients, being the liaison between them and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of logistics and operational solutions.
Managing the communication network between logistics operations and retail to meet KPIs.
Supervising and supporting the operations team and resolving operational issues with a service and cost focus.
Working with all site teams to identify areas of improvement and share best practices from across the logistics network.
Implementing continuous process improvement practices.
