A sip of Hampstead Tea turns your day around, sourced from the purest organic and biodynamic gardens. Starting from hand-packing Darjeeling leaf tea in small stores, they're now in almost 20 countries—and growing fast! They're looking for someone special to join their expanding team.

📍 Location: Cranfield (On-site, Full-time)

THE ROLE

🚚 Daily Operations: Oversee and optimise entire operation, from shipping and logistics to production and stock planning.

📊 Strategic Planning: Ensure the right amount of stock now and for the next 3 years, connecting demand with supply.

🤝 Supplier Relations: Negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

👥 Leadership: Report directly to the CEO, leading operations with a problem-solving mindset.

ABOUT YOU:

🏪 FMCG Expertise: Proven experience with UK and international retailers, streamlining supply chains.

💻 Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of WMS systems, inventory management, and advanced Excel skills.

💡 Innovative Thinker: A team player who thinks outside the box to drive efficiency.

🌍 Flexibility: Ability to travel to visit partners and review operations.

📂 Strong organisational and leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

🗣️ Effective communication and interpersonal skills

📈 Proficiency in project management and budgeting

🍽️ Food & Beverage Manufacturing: Background in this sector is a plus!
