THE COMPANY
Since launch in 2017, REAL has become one of the leading sophisticated non-alcoholic beverages in the UK and across Europe. Fermented using techniques usually found in fine wines and craft beers, the team at REAL have developed a brew that can compete with the best sparkling wines, but with less than 50 calories per bottle and only a remnant of alcohol.

THE ROLE
The role of Fermenter will cover the areas below. Day-to-day operations of fermentation, filtration and bottling. However, you may be given the opportunity to develop into assisting with engineering support (ensuring day to day operation and maintenance of equipment) and warehouse support.
Fermentation & Filtration
Conducting day-to-day fermentations, becoming an expert in the unique fermentation process, by learning from fermenters and following our SOPs
Conducting day-to-day filtrations, becoming an expert in the unique filtration process by learning from fermenters and following our SOPs
Bottling
Become experienced in the operation and maintenance of the bottling line.
Shift support on the bottling line to spread the load between the team
Assist the bottling lead in analysing the performance of the bottling line and suggest ways in which the efficiency of bottling can be improved.
Engineering Support
Ensuring equipment in the Boiler House, Fermentation, Filtration and Bottling areas serviced, maintained and operating correctly.
Managing the workshop by keeping it clean and well organised.
Warehouse Support
E-Commerce: packing boxes for sending out, preparing labels, ensuring daily shipment of product, stock count and related administration.
Warehouse: working alongside the team to pack and prepare shipments to be sent out, helping keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Bottling preparation: prepare dry goods for bottling, label boxes, remove finished product from the bottling hall and store on warehouse shelves.
REAL are a small and very hands-on team so you may be asked to get involved in a variety of other activities depending upon your energy and skill set.
Working hours are 5 days a week from 8:30 - 17:30. The role will be based at The Fermentery at the Bail, Waddesdon estate, Waddesdon Hill, Aylesbury, HP18 0NH.
