Served Coffee is a new independent coffee shop owned by Evolution Leisure Group (ELG) and is set to be opened this year as part of a wider rollout of 3-5 units across London in the next 18 to 24 months.

Offering a simple, recognisable and high-quality offering, the cafe will deliver a high-level experience in terms of both product and environment for fair prices. The cafΓ© will focus on providing consistent and quality coffee, plus other hot and cold drinks, delicious 'doorstep' sandwiches and baked goods and an approachable juice offering.

THE ROLE:

A passionate new independent coffee shop sets to make waves in the heart of Wimbledon. Committed to excellence in every cup, Served are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the charge in opening their first site, inspiring the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the launch, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth opening.

Manage day-to-day operations, keeping the team engaged and workflow efficient.

Implement and uphold SOPs to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and quality.

Monitor inventory and manage supplies to meet customer demand.

Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of baristas and support staff.

Foster a positive, creative, and collaborative work environment.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the coffee or hospitality industry.

In-depth knowledge of coffee, preparation techniques, and equipment.

Familiarity with sustainability practices in the coffee industry.
